WILL I RECEIVE A MEDICARE REBATE?
If you own a Medicare card and have a referral from your General Practitioner, Psychiatrist and/or Paediatrician, you are eligible to receive a Medicare rebate of $131.65 per 50 minute session for up to 10 session a year.
HOW LONG DOES EACH COUNSELLING/THERAPY SESSION TAKE?
Each session will last 50 minutes with the remaining 10 minutes allocated for payment and rebooking your next session.
CAN MY SESSIONS BE BULK BILLED?
Unfortunately, this is not a bulk billing clinic. If you are financial strained, please speak to Shannon to discuss your options.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
COUNSELLING APPOINTMENTS
All counselling, NDIS self-funded and NDIS plan-managed therapy sessions will from the 1st of October 2023 have a uniformed cancellation policy. Clients will have to bear the full fee for cancellations/rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment and 50% of the fee for cancellations/rescheduling made within 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
PLEASE NOTE: To reduce the risk of this occurring, an email reminding you of your appointment will be sent 3 days prior. If you do not have an email address, a text will be sent to you instead. Every effort will be made to ensure that cancelled/rescheduled appointments are filled. If your session time is filled with another client, the cancellation fee would be waived.
